The primary function was to grow the company by Project Managing and developing new properties including Trim Castle Hotel, Carlton Hotel, Blanchardstown, Lough Erne Golf Resort, Loughrea Hotel & Spa and the Fitzwilliam Hotel Belfast.
Key Achievements:
- Successful openings of 5 new properties valued at over €150m
- Project managed and recruited in excess of 550 people
- Demonstrated business acumen and decisive strategy planning and execution skills to effectively and quickly react to a changing commercial landscape
- Proven ability managing P&L’s and managing budgets
- Implemented the sales strategies across the new Group Hotels
Staff retention: Recruited personnel to which the majority are still in the individual properties.
